How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, simply contact us at support@viduxwholesale.com and request a return authorization. Once approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
What is Vidux Wholesale's return policy?
At Vidux Wholesale, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days after you received your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is unopened, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status and process your refund accordingly. Please allow up to seven days for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.
Can I drop-off my return items?
At this time, we don't accept drop-off.
What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom or personalized items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Can I exchange an item
Yes, if you wish to exchange an item, simply return the unwanted product and place a separate order for the desired item.
What shipping methods are availbale?
Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
How long will it take to get my package?
We take pride in being prompt shipper. We process your order the day we receive it. Orders typically ship in 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we can only ship to an address within the United States

Do you offer free shipping?
